Passing time hobby .... Baking with passion

I have always dream of baking pastries that are not only delicious but also appealing and beautiful. My baking journey started since June as I can now have my own sweet time venturing into this hobby. With the encouragement and support from hubby and daughter, I have managed to try out quite a number of recipes that I have KIV for many years. In the early years, whenever I spotted good recipes from newspapers or magazines, I would cut them out and paste them into a log book for my future reference. Now with the the technology advancement, making reference to good baking and cooking recipes are made so easy by just googling. There are so many good home bakers that I could refer to. Since I am a greenhorn in baking and cooking, these references and guidance especially via YouTube demos are definitely an enhancement to me. Soon I will be posting some of my hard but rewarding labour products from the oven.
